- How will you charge me?
Basic and Flat Plan will be billed annually. The Enterprise Plan will be billed based on the negotiated conditions.
- Any chance I can try incoverage for free?
Yes, you can try and explore incoverage for free. Just book a personalised tour with one of our customer success managers. If you prefer exploring incoverage by yourself you can open an account and make use of our 30-day-money-back guarantee.
- Do you provide volume discounting?
Yes, we do provide volume discounts. Get in touch to discuss pricing and contract options.
- What happens if our team grows, increasing the number of platform users?
Basic Plan: You can simply add users to your organisation and we will invoice you for each user for the rest of your contract runway. For example: You start with 13 Users. After six month of usage you add another user, which we will then invoice for six month. If you add another user three month later, we will send you an invoice for one user for three month. After 12 month we will invoice 15 Users if you renew your contract.
We will update your account automatically to the flat scheme as soon as you hit 50 Users.
Flat Plan: Add as many users as you like. We will get in touch with you shortly before your hit 100 Users.
Enterprise Plan: We will invoice you quarterly based on the changes in your account and the negotiated rates.
- What are the payment options?
You will be invoiced with a net 20-day payment term. If you prefer you can also pay using PayPal.
- What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscriptions at any time. Your account will remain active for the runtime of your contract. If you choose not to renew you contract we will soft delete your account for 90 days. This means that you can come back to us within 90 days without starting from scratch.
- Do you provide onboarding support?
Yes, we provide support to get you into the flow with incoverage. Customised training will accelerate your return on investment and allow you to be as efficient as possible with incoverage from day one. We support your goal-setting and coaching needs from strategy development through to OKR Management and beyond.
